Weill Neurosurgeon Speaking at Cornell |
Written by Aniq Rahman
SHAC, the Student Health Alliance at Cornell, has invited Michael Kaplitt, a neurosurgeon at Weill Medical College, to give a lecture in Goldwin Smith Hall at Cornell. In 2003, Dr. Kaplitt performed the first gene-therapy surgery for Parkinson's disease. This will be an interesting opportunity to learn about neurosurgery and to ask Dr. Kaplitt questions about his work. Monday, October 22, 2007 142 Goldwin Smith Hall 5:30-6:15 pm http://www.cornellphysicians.com/mgkaplitt/ and http://tinyurl.com/3dsokd
